For the price we paid, we got great value at Jj Guesthouse. The room, although small, was suitable for sleeping and they provided basic amenities like soap and towels. The location was perfect, close to the center and tourist area. The staff, while reserved, were helpful when we had questions.
The food for breakfast could have been better.

We got great value for our money at Jj Guesthouse. The room was clean and spacious, and we loved the privacy of having a balcony. The location was perfect, close to all the temples and the South Night Market. The staff, although not very talkative, were helpful and welcomed all our requests.
The hotel breakfast menu could use a bit of improvement.

We stayed at a guesthouse close to the centre, tucked away in a quiet alley with a cool zebra graffiti. the room was small but comfortable for the three of us. the lady running the place was reserved but helpful when we had questions. We discovered a bustling food market nearby with a wide selection of tasty dishes, and there were plenty of tourist-oriented restaurants, cafes, and bars in the area. We also enjoyed visiting the nearby temples on foot. Cons: For us, it was the perfect choice! 🌟.

The location of the guesthouse was very convenient, close to the touristy area and a food market, which we enjoyed exploring.
The lack of air conditioning in the rooms was a major downside. It was extremely hot and the only option was a fan, which made the room feel like a sauna.

We had a fantastic stay at Jj Guesthouse. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. We also loved the nearby bike rental at Sunshine Rental. Despite the lack of windows in our room, having a balcony made up for it. The hotel provided great value for the price, and we would definitely recommend it.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Convenient location within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The internet was reliable and the tour organizer was helpful.
The rooms were not cleaned during my stay, and I had to buy my own toilet paper. The beds were uncomfortable and the mattresses were very hard.

Having the option to book tours on site was super convenient. The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. Our stay at Jj Guesthouse was a pleasant one. The location was quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep, and we appreciated being able to easily walk to nearby attractions. Despite a few minor drawbacks, our needs were met and the property was a good value for money.
One specific situation that stood out was when we encountered a less-than-ideal room upon arrival. However, the staff quickly remedied the situation and relocated us to a more suitable room.

We had a great stay at a guesthouse in Chiang Mai. The location was ideal, with many restaurants within walking distance. The staff member who organized our tour was really nice and helpful. The property offered laundry service and the option to book tours and excursions. The room was exactly what we were looking for, and the bed was super comfy. Even though there were some noise issues with the thin walls, everyone was quiet by 10.00pm. we had a good experience and would recommend this place for its great value for money.
